Courtney Ostrow
Courtney is a broker and mother of three who brings a passion for helping other to her work in real estate.

Courtney relocated to Arizona from California with her husband and children in 2012. She brought with her a bachelor's degree in human services and social work, and obtained her real estate license in 2017. She has experience in residential investments and a passion for assisting families that are relocating to Arizona.

Courtney's understanding of people's inherent need to feel connected and fulfilled in their environments allows her to wholly serve her clients. Her thoughtful approach to real estate has led to successful relationships and rewarding career.
Morgan Nochta
Morgan is a REALTOR and mother of two (and a half counting the family dog) who has an unwavering drive to help people achieve their dreams.

Morgan has been a Phoenician since 1991. Her early years were spent growing up in Peoria. She then lived in Tempe through college, and currently resides in central Phoenix. Morgan is also familiar with Scottsdale, where she has built a successful business as a cosmetologist since 2003. Having had the opportunity to live and work in a plethora of areas, Morgan has a vast knowledge of The Valley of the Sun! Her ability to help others find their feeling of “home” sets her apart from the rest.
Morgan has a love for meeting new people and seeing them genuinely happy. These attributes serve as a driving force, pushing her to help them on their journey.

Journey Docusen
Journey is an Arizona local who is just embarking on her professional career. Journey grew up in Fountain Hills, and moved to the North Phoenix area in 2011. Currently, she resides in the South Scottsdale area, giving her a vast knowledge of niche neighborhoods and hidden gems all over town.

She’s a graduate from Arizona State University with a degree in Speech and Hearing Science with a minor in Family and Human Development. Journey spent seven years working as a preschool teacher, while continuing her education prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2022. Her desire to explore real estate was ignited after graduating college, and she looks forward to discovering all the paths life has to offer while assisting her clients in their major life moves.

Journey’s previous experience as a teacher has brought a passion for working and serving in the community. She decided to dive into a position where she can give back to the community as well as gain new knowledge and experience along the way. She is a conscientious hard worker, and finds joy in walking her clients through their real estate endeavors.
Sydney Meyer
Sydney Meyer is a native Arizonian and became interested in real estate in her early years, growing up in Scottsdale and Chandler. Sydney enjoys an active social life in her community, getting to know local business owners and supporting them whenever she has the opportunity. She is also passionate about giving back to her community by volunteering at Children’s Hospital where she can bring smiles to others in a time of need.
Sydney is full of energy, ambition, and attention to detail! She will be your partner in your home buying and selling experience every step of the way! Sydney has found her true calling in real estate where she can use her talents to provide top-notch service to her clients by guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Jasper Joyce
Jasper is an Arizona native and absolutely loves the Valley of the Sun! She lives in the Biltmore area in a cute little mid-century condo with her two rescue cats, Rick and Sammy.

Jasper became a REALTOR in 2019 and has been privileged to help buyers and sellers ever since. Prior to a career in real estate, she worked for over 15 years in the sports and family-entertainment industry working in sales management for the Harlem Globetrotters, Six Flags Phoenix, the Phoenix Suns, and the Arizona Rattlers. She’s a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Broadcast Business Management.
